Hi,
When I frist clicked on the link in the e-mail to go to the GW Micre update
page I E kept telling me the page could not be displayed. I typed in the
addy and just pasted in my W E serial number and there was no problem from
it downloaded and installed the first try.

Has it occurred to you that you might have a fiewall problem at your end
rather than a problem at Gw Micro's end?
There has always been a time, immediately after releases are announced, that
the server gets heavily loaded with download requests, but as I have seen
others say that everything has gone well, and that I will expect it to go
well for me later, suggest checking your own firewall settings in case of
problems.

Hey guys. when i last didinstall of 7.5.1, i did a clean install of 7.5 then
entered on the downloaded file. no dice. This time i waited a few hours more
then tried redownload the file and run it that way. still no dice. I don't
want to be blocked from downloading future updates but also don't to be one
of the ones left out all because of an error that says this upgrade can't be
used with the current version of window-eyes wich is still 7.5. That's the
latest on my development.
