I would say, give it until tomorrow and hopefully things will calm down
then. I suspect that the files some folks are getting are corrupt.
Lots of people trying at once is jamming the servers. Give it a little
time and I just bet it'll work.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried 3 times and it says that I
have used the update twice, but I get the "do you want to upgrade"
dialog also

Peter,
Not sure what happened to you. Because you tried so many times you
have been blocked out. I removed the block and successfully
downloaded your upgrade through the upgrade page with no problem.
You can try it again but I'll also send you a private email with a
URL to download the file that I was able to download.

Hello
I tried to upgrade to WE7.5.1 with no success. I use the Help menu
Upgrade option and get to the upgrage page, no problem. I move onto
the upgrade button and press Enter. Nothing happens.
I tried numerous times, and now the upgrade page says that I have
tried 9 times to upgrade.
Now I get the message on the upgrade page: Our records indicate
that you own Window-Eyes 7.5.1
, the most current version of Window-Eyes.
However nothing was downloaded to my download folder, and
Window-Eyes says v7.5 when I reboot the system, and I am asked
whether I wish to upgrade.
I run Windows 7 32bit.
