I think it is all maximised, but I'll check.  Meanwhile Marilyn, it's always 
good to hear that these things happen to other people. I did try your 
suggestion and it worked;  it's a very long list of addresses in the BCC field. 
 I'm also told I can generate a list in the address book, which I'll also try, 
provided the other recipients don't see all the addresses.
