Have you tried removing all cookies on your system? Not sure about your actual problem, but have seen a lot of funny stuff going on, when some kind of tricky cookie has accidentially gotten onto your system. Disabled audio enhancements, updated drivers, ran disk clean up and defrag. Yet, when I’m in edit boxes weither on google search, or filling out a form we will lag even if I slow my typing we will sometimes say a letter that I typed 2 letters ago and not the one I just typed and then if I type another letter there is a 1 or 2 second delay before it speaks that letter. I have removed all the manufactures software. When I disabled the audio enhancementsit did improve the response in WLM. I’ve also had the problem of when in combo boxes we speaking the option before the one that I’m actually on. Does anyone have this same problem, maybe there’s something that I need to change that I haven’t thought of.
