You would be better to seek to obtain a copy of v7.2, as this will run on Windows 2000. It will also have features which represent major improvements over v4.
I do note GW's concerns about breach of license if someone were to provide a copy of v4.2, but I presume that it might be possible to talk to GW about generating a copy for you of 7.2 and negotiating a purchase price.
