You select the focused control. So you press insert-r, it will ask you what you want to re-classify, you should already be on focused, just select that and then select the control type that works, in this case, list view should work. I believe I had to reclassify the combo boxes for the input and output as well.
    Hopefully the author will update these new skype scripts soon.
As another note on this subject, the new version of Skype has no Skype extras option anymore, so we should avoid that one, unless you upgrade from an older version, as the Window Eyes scripts as well as the Skype Talking application require the Skype Extras in order to function.

 The Skype set file should be Skype.set, not Skype.000.
 Try updating outdated sets. Open the Window-eyes Control Panel and hit
ALT-F followed by "U." After this update open Skype again and see if the
error persists.

ok. I guess the Skype script set files were installed but now, they give me an error when I open Skype. It says error while loading skype.0000. It also says when I close Skype. I really think I am going to need help off list so I don't keep flooding the list with this problem. Window eyes was not set to

load with any set files with Skype. And I really don't wanna go back to
factory defaults for Window eyes but, if I have to just to get this acting
normal again, I will.

Sorry for the delay.
 When you have Skype open what set files are active and associated?

 In order to see what set file is associated:
1. Open the Window-Eyes Control panel and listen to see if Window-Eyes
reads the names of the currently active and currently associated set
files;
2. If the active and associated set file names are not read
automatically:
(A) hit ALT-E to make sure focus is in the Tree view of the Control Panel;
(B)  make sure Show Advanced Options is checked in the Help Menu;
(C) Arrow-Down to Association. Right-Arrow to open this Node.
Arrow-Down
to Current Association. Tab once. You should hear the name of the
currently associated set file.

 If the currently associated set file is not Skype.set, you do not have
the
Skype scripts loaded and you wish to install the Skype scripts:
1.  Open Appget with Windows-G;
2. Once Appget has updated the app list, make sure show all apps is
enabled
(ALT-V followed by A.)
3. Navigate to the Communications node by hitting the letter "C."
4. Right-Arrow to open this node.
5. Hit the letter "S" until you hear "Skype;"
6. If you wish to install this app, presumably you know the process.

In Jeff's notes for the latest version of the scripts he indicates that
he
has reclassed the appropriate controls in the Options dialog.

 One more note:
 If you don't wish for all of your responses to be sent to the GW-Info
list, you might try simply replying instead of replying to all.

 Are you using the set files provided with the Skype Scripts?
I didn't have to reclass anything to get the treeview to read correctly.

 If that treeview is what you wish to reclass, you can reclass it
without
arrowing down to Audio settings.

Ok. But when I arrow down to the audio settings, is that when I need to
press insert-r? Since in Skype there is a treeview of options?

You should have focus on the control you wish to reclass when you hit
INSERT-R.

Does it mater where the insert-r is performed or do you have to be in

Try reclassing it with the insert-r that worked for me. I did a
list box and it was fine after that. Also the edit box where you
type
instant messages and such I re-classed that as an edit box and it
works
now.
