hi, when the question makes it clear that the user has not consulted the
manual I think it is only fair to refer them to it first. after the do
check the manual they can then come ask a question telling me what exactly
they did not understand this gives me a better idea how to help them. also
some times we point them to the manual because the program in question is
beyond the scopa of this list. for example if the user was having a problem
getting qwitter to work with window-eyes that is related to window-eyes and
is within the scopa of the list. now how do I follow some one using
qwitter. now we have to remind the user that this information is available
in the manual and is beyond the scopa of this list because quite frankly it
now has nothing what so ever to do with gw micro or any gw micro product.
this is the scopa of the list and so we really can't cover it in any detail
and possibly hope to stay on topic.

here we go again, when someone asks for help just pointing them to the
manual might not be enough not trying to complain here but really folks why
not try and help him for a change?

Jed,
As Steven from Gw Micro has stated in the passed, consult the qwitter

I would guess that's bringing up a timeline?
I brought it up for a bunch of friends and nothing is found using qwitter.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jed
