The focus issue is a known bug with Firefox 5 and earlier. Until 6 comes
out, simply press F6 to get out of the loop of buttons.

You might be able to alt tab out of firefox and go back in. Alternatively,
if you don't care about having it remember passwords,
go to tools, options, security, and uncheck the remember passwords for sites
box. That should stop the alert from showing up.
