Hi Chris and others who may be interested in an answer in this issue, I don't know if you just ran into a glitch that was a one off problem, or if they fixed it quickly, or what the case may be. However, I was able to just go through the steps as normal and had no problem ordering and receiving a monthly activation number as normal. So they have not taken the ability away, but rather you may have run into some sort of glitch or possibly clicked something incorrectly?? Hope this helps.
