Very interesting, I have the same issue after I updated to WE 7.5.1. I'm using windows 7 home premium 64-bit with all updates.

Subject: Window-eyes Diagnostic utility

Hi all. This morning I attempted to use the Window-eyes diagnostic utility
to see if a particular issue could be resolved. Would you believe that
after I entered my contact information and the comments concerning the issue
that after sending the diagnostic report that a Window-eyes error report was
generated? Therefore, I have no way of knowing if the diagnostic report was
sent or not.

Here is my issue. After I first boot up my Dell XPS-410 desktop computer
running Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit, all updates current, and Window-eyes
7.5.01, I do not hear desktop spoken when I use the tab key for the first
time. After tabbing to the various options a second time, the desktop is
spoken. I was hoping to use the Window-eyes diagnostic utility to solve the
problem, however, I have a sinking feeling that the Window-eyes error report
overrode the utility's report. Go figure.
