Good afternoon I did as it was suggested and made the UIA Change in the profile file and the mouse appeared to work like expected but today I was able to break the mouse again.
I was useing the mouse to review on screen reports in the accounting program and after about 60 or so reports the same behavior occured. I don't know what to do now? WE generated another error message upon a restart and I sent it in to GW. The only way to bring it back is a restart of the computer. This is an XP pro machine. I have had this happen at least four times last week and again just a few minutes ago. I have sent in the error reports that WE generates after a computer re boot. This is not what happened in 7.2 this only started with 7.5.1.
