Hi Mark, I’ve had the same two problems and am running the same OS as you.Sometimes WE will see the links on the email and sometimes not. I’ve also noticed that when I start WE or restart the PC that I have to do either a windows M or windows D and then alt tab and do windows M or D again before WE will speak the desktop. Tony C
