Hi,

I also had this problem with the TT USB as well as it going into a kind of continulous loop on occasions. I wrote to the manufacturer but did not get anywhere.

Although some will not agree, in comparison to the Double Talk and Lite Talk, in my opinion, the Triple Talk is junk. This is a pity because I like the speech.

I used a Lite Talk from Micro Talk for around ten years and found it fantastic but when it died , I went for the tt USB. The TT lasted about 5 years and suffered frequent run ons and loops.

A few months ago it started to knock out the settings in my onboard sound card so it was retired to the bin. Since removing the TT from my system, the sound card bropblem has not occurred again.

I now use Eloquence through an external sound card and have not suffered any of the problems experienced with the TT.

Hello. Subject says what I mean. When you open thunderbird, you hear
file, menu, and whatever else it decides to say, but I can'tjust hit the
control key to interrupt it. I can hold it down for what seems like
forever and still can't interrupt the TripleTalk USB. It seems to me, as
we increase versions of Window-Eyes TripleTalk USB gets worse. Any
solutions <smile>?

Take care,
