Hi Menno,

I haven't had access to my pc with office 2010 on it for the last few weeks,
but tomorrow I should, and so I'll do some work on it and get back with you.
I expect footnotes and comments to be ok, but maybe I need to do some work
with the Word Advanced Features app to make them better.

I haven't done anything in this app to help with tracked changes, but I've
had several requests to do so, so I hope to do that next.

I'll get back to you in a day or 2.

Also, I want to let you know that Access Technology Institute sells a book
on using Word 2010 with Window-Eyes. It comes in both a text/html format
(the entire book), and audio tutorial demonstrations for each portion. you
might find it helpful since it covers advanced Word usage, and you seem to
be an advanced Word user.

hth,

Chip

Subject: Working with footnotes, comments and revissions

Dear,

In office word 2010 I tried to work with footnotes, comments and revisions.
I use Window-eyes 7.5 on a 64 bits machine with windows 7.

The use of the 'word advanced features' app (the old msword) Is very useful
in the navigation. I only experience difficulties in editing footnotes,
comments and revisions.

e.g. I do not know if the track changes option is turned on or off when
pressing ctrl+shift+e (word short key).

Does anyone has experience in working with footnotes, comments, and
revisions? Please could you provide me some examples of good practices?

Kind regards, Met vriendelijke groet,

Menno Schaap
