The last three sounds like drivers for your HP Machine. I would not go
and remove those. The rest however can be removed safely.

Hello folks. I was looking through my programs to uninstal the
programs I don't need to free up some space. I came across several
items I'm not sure whether they are safe to be removed. Maybe you more
tech savvy guys can shed a light on these components. The programs
are: HP Advisor, Hp Documentation, HP Smart Synima Now, Hp product
detection, Hp quicklaunch, hp setup, hp software framework, hp support
assistant, hp wireless assistant, intel accelerater and lightscribe
control panel. Thanks for your help.
