This isn't really relevant to GW Micro products and services. Internet Service Provider selection is personal preference, and does not affect Window-Eyes. Please try to keep conversations on topic.

Thanks,

Aaron

I'm going to atttempt to pursue an answer that plagues most of us
on fixed income and get down to the nitty grity with the cable and or
broadband internet providers using mainstream browsers and how they
affect our pockeet books in this e-mail. Many on here like in many
other portions of society world-wide are going through tough economic
times and need to cut back on their bulging deficits or needing the
money in the budget for other funds (e.g. bills or gifts). So, in this
spirit what would you recommend most screen reader Window-Eyes 7.5 and
XP, 2007 or Windows 8 have for optimum use of the modern internet?
This includes most blind people's favorites like Youtube.com.
hulu.com, Net Flix, chat rooms, forums, e-mail or e-mail lists, etc
with other things tht aren't heavy into flash or video game counsel
for the most part. Right now, I'm using Charter Communications like 18
meg and have been at 5 meg and 8 meg and even recently 28 meg and
cannot really tell a difference even though speed test websites tell
me different on tcp-ip download, upload or anything in between.

I'll appreciate any answers as I'm axing my budget to pieces to
scrounge up enough to perhaps eventuallyget clothes next month and to
finally purchase a cell phone plan that is sensible with Verizon
Wireless cause of AT and T's $500.00 deposit astronomically absurdly
crazy with someone without 0% credit and wanting to built it prior to
finishing college. Also, I've been to the following sites for your
reference:

1. Speed Test
url: http://www.speedtest.com or .net

2. Speed Guide
url: http://www.speedguide.net
note: more than this small list and all with another provider called
Comcast without inflatted beliefs at 3 meg and it feeels exactly the
same as my 11 meg.

I especially welcome those from Europe, South Korea, Japan and
other nations with higher internet speed to comment on how your
internet speed differs and adapts on specific websites and
applications via the net. I just think that unless your a web server
host or domain type of mega uploader that 99% of us aren't you don't
feel the difference what so ever. I'll give a concrete example like
youtube.com any song or vid feels the same as my prior 11 meg from my
current 18 meg and even my 28 meg. Likewise, my National Library
Service nls.gov feels the same in time of download and speed of
delivery as it did before even with tweaks like constant maintenance
like Disc Clean, virus update and scan, dis defragment, registry
cleaner, and spy bot and others. It just feels like me quite honestly
that we are being ripped off by these infaltted prices and aren't
given the truth. This was also told to me by a computer technitian in
my state and a Charter installer himself with the simiilar service and
likewise surely many engineers on here and other places would agree.
Thanks for all of your opinions as I think this directly affects each
and everyone of us in our professions, private lives and in between.
Hopefully this doesn't irritate the politically correct just I'm tired
of my astronomical infaltted prices and the hypocracy of unreiliable
local remote service and the difference in home internet speeds and
cell phone internet speeds is also laughable. Thanks for clarification
of technical jargon or nuisance cause I've heard the arguments thrown
my way just relate it to us technical virgin ears one more time if you
don't mind. Thanks for letting me rant and I welcome like many others
your feedback into this problem. By the way, I hope html 5 and css
comes online quicker like 2012 is ridiculous quite frankly and more
people should speak up against Mr. Hicks at Google for being the
editer for commiting genocide on access for the blind standards decent
unregulation won't help us out as being blind on the net.

Thanks and go Steve Jobs!
