Hello Edmund,
Please ensure the Office 2007 Set files are properly installed. To do
this from Window-Eyes, go to File/Manage Sets and Scripts/Set File
Manager. Once opened, down-arrow to Office 2007, and press Enter to
install the Sets. If you have any Office programs opened, e.g. Outlook,
restart them. Does this help?
