Hey,
I think the original Steve was right with the tool bar. This isn't
my computer afterall just my fiance's as mine unfortunately broke. I
hate rain pelting down on a supposed water-proof backpack and all. I
need to look into disabling the bugger or something just didn't think
about it cause of defaulting to ignoring it cause of always not having
tool bars. Most of them suck anyways. Thanks for the kind words and
looking into this for me all.
