Ricky,
Window-Eyes 7.5 works with IE 8 and IE 9. Note, though, that IE 9 is
only available in Windows Vista and above. Likewise, IE 8 is only
supported on Windows XP and above.

Windows 2000 isn't even supported anymore.
So, ie 9 won't work with it.
