In this instance, the Control-Shift-H command does not apply since you are not in Browse Mode. I do not have SQL Server installed on my workstation, but the behavior you describe sounds like a typical .net grid control. We received the coordinates through MSAA and speak them. In some versions of the control, we are also given the contents of the cell-- though this is not always the case. The most expedient solution to customize what Window-Eyes speaks is to write a small app which watches for an MSAA focus event, and handle the cell processing yourself.
