first you need to make sure that the Skype hot keys are enabled, you can do
this by going into tools with alt plus t, then press o for options, then
press your end key to get to the bottom of the list for hot keys, tab and
check the first check box. tab to save. Now when somebody calls you can
press alt plus page up and it will answer the call, then press alt plus down
page and it will end the call. to put your status away press the alt key
then arrow down once and press your right arrow and choose a status. hope
this helps.

Subject: Help, please with Skype
Hi Everyone,
I don't know if I installed the Skype Apps or not. I think I did, but
people are calling me, I think, and I don't know how to answer the calls.
I need to put my status away when I'm not near my computer which will be
in a few seconds.
If someone can walk me through all of this, I would be so very grateful,
please.
this needs to be done after lunch.
Thanks much.
Pat Ferguson
