Dane, It is probably in eather your start menu under programs and startup or in msconfig under the startup tab. In the startmenu programs startup menu group, highlight the menu option you want to remove, hit the menu button and choose delete. In the msconfig program in the startup tab, find the item you want to not run and un-check it. Any questions, feel free to contact me off-list.
