When you're on one of the items that say, "Today" or "Last Week", press
your right arrow to expand them. Your messages should show up underneath
the item once it's expanded. You can expand and collapse these items
much like you would a tree view, using right and left respectively.
Under Outlook 2010, you can toggle view in groups using Alt, V, A B, W.
I'm not sure how you go about it in other versions.
