Hi all.  Within the past couple of hours or so, I have noticed that the
Hourly Chime app is no longer announcing the time on the hour.  I used the
test button in the Hourly Chime's dialog and the male voice announced the
time.  

My computer is a Dell XPS-410 desktop running Windows 7 32 bit Home Premium,
all updates are current, and I am running Window-eyes 7.5.1.0 using
Eloquence.  I tried a restart of this computer to see if this will resolve
the issue.  

If a restart doesn't resolve the issue, does anybody have any other ideas so
I don't have to reinstall the app?  The app manager shows that the app is
running.
