I'm using 3.6.19 and I also get the crashes while arrowing in edit boxes. I wouldn't say the crashes are regular, just too frequent for my taste. I've had the crashes occur while arrowing in the Edit Box on the Google site as well as in Edit Boxes in my broke account on TD-Ameritrade.
