Brenda,

I just tried this in OE, and Read-To-End worked as expected. If you have the WE Diag app installed from App Central, press Control-Alt-Q inside one of these problematic messages, and we can better diagnose the issue.

Thanks,
Steve

Hello. I seem to be having trouble reading to end in Outlook Express with
Window-Eyes. Running Windows XP Pro with all the latest hotfixes, Internet
Explorer 8. My video resolution is 1440 by 900 pixels. This is where it was
set by default. Up unto now, if I used Outlook Express, I don't remember
having that problem. I sometimes have to hit Read To End three or more times
before I can read anything. I don't know if Window-Eyes isn't tracking right
or what. I redraw the screen but still no improvement. Can we use the
Outlook Enhanced Scripts or, is that for just the office versions of
Outlook?

Oh, I forgot one thing. It only seems to happen when I read a message
I'm replying to.

Take care,

Brenda
