To make it even easier you can do the following.
1. With Media player active open the Window-Eyes control panel.
2. Save and associate a set file for it.
3. Go into Hotkeys, Miscellaneous, and find the Read to end hotkey in the list.
4. Tab down and toggle the Global button to Program.
5. Tab down again to the Undefine key button and press enter to undefine it.
6. Save the set file again.
Now Control-Shift-R will not be a hotkey, but only while within Windows media player.

Tom

Hi Grant,
Each time you are using the control shift R command or anything that
interfeers with window-eyes, you can bypass window-eyes by pressing
insert b and then control shift r, or whatever the keystroke might be.
Hope that helps.
Take Care,

I am trying to get Windows Media Player to rewind and fastforward while

reading is interfering with the rewind command, and if so, how do I get
around this problem?
