Samuel, From within Audible, bring up Window-Eyes with Control-Backslash. Next, go to the Help menu, and make sure "Show Advanced Options" is checked. Then, go to the Hot Keys node, and choose Miscellaneous. Tab to the list of hot keys, choose Read-To-End, change its scope to Program, and undefine it. Now, go back to the Hot Keys group, choose Mouse, and likewise undefine Search. When finished, save the updated Set file.
