I’m seriously, considering getting window-eyes, but I do have a few questions, some of which are probably fairly basic. First off, the user stuff. When I compare the main Facebook page appearance in window-eyes to what I’m used to seeing in jaws or system access, it looks totally, totally different. There’s duplicate links, and controls, and things that would be push buttons in one screen reader are showing up as like drop down lists or something and I can’t find half the stuff I’m used to finding with the other two products. I’m assuming this is just a Facebook thing and that window-eyes has done something different to the layout of the page? Can you use the main Facebook site and use it well? Second, I use jart for a lot of my word processing stuff and I’m noticing that when I spell check things, I can’t tell exactly what is miss-spelled, or how to read it in context in the sentence. The jart scripts are nice, but it seems that this particular area was either overlooked or has changed since they were written. And finally, I’ve noticed that since the release of Skype 5.5 there seems to be a general problem for most screen readers to work with this application. I mean, you can use the gwmicro scripts that are there, but the system tray icon is unclickable in most cases. In order to use Skype and use it without any conflicts in reading and functionality, I’ve had to revert back to Skype 5.3. Does anyone know if there are plans to release some updated Skype support? Those are all my questions for now. Thanks for your help all. Take care, Scott
