I'll try and help, but I have some questions:
Firstly what kind of computer is it? Desktop/laptop? Make and model if possible? Second I assume the braille display uses USB and thus draws it's power from the USB port not batteries or an external charger?
Is the drive you're using to burn these disks internal or external?
Have you changed any hardware on your computer? Like got a new hard drive or added an extra hard drive, or any other hardware, or changed your USB connections around at all? Did this problem happen before three weeks ago or is it something which just started at that time? Ok, where I'm going with this. It could be a lack of power sufficient for the system especially if you have a lot of USB devices attached which are drawing power. If this is the case, getting a powered USB hub might help if it is USB devices (such as a scanner, cell phone, the braille display itself or anything else that draws power). If it is an internal power shortage, a higher wattage power supply might solve the issue. If it's none of these and just started recently it could be a software problem which then I would ask if you've installed or changed anything recently?
     Hope this helps.

Hi Everyone

I am using the 64-bit version of Windows Home Premium, Window-Eyes 7.5.1 and a
Brailliant Braille display.

In the last few weeks, when I copy MP3 CDs to my PC Window-Eyes shuts down
after the copy has finished. Although I can reload it, I cannot get the Braille
display to work. I can initialise it, but nothing happens. It will only work
again if I reboot the computer.

Does anyone know why copying CDs should cause Window-Eyes to shut down?
