Hi Jim, When you get to a webpage, etc that WE is not working properly with you press ctrl alt Q and the Diagnostics comess up and and I guess copies all the information that WE is using from that page, etc and then when finished there’s a couple of edit boxes for your name and email and a comment, then you just hit the send button and about 30 seconds you should get another dialogue box telling you it has been sent with an OK button.
