I have explained this to the developer's and have said that for those of us
that are visually impaired, we need full navigation with keyboard commands.
And they have told me to just talk to the screen reader developers.

Duyahn,
You could set up hotspots to click on the different parts of the screen.
However, if no screen reader recognizes the text, then little more can be
done at present aside from convincing the program author to improve its
accessibility.
