Ok, I have had this before when I try to access the we control panel. Once It worked by opening the desktop, but, not now. I have we in my system tray and even there I can't get the control panel to open. I noticed when I started the computer this morning, there was a gw app trying to do something, then it was gone. so, at present, I have no way to get into my apps and we control panel. It seems the back slash key is the culprit. suggestions Please. don
