hi David before I asked the question I did in fact do a web search with both
Google accessible search and bing. I was not able to find anywhere where I
could purchase it. I found a lot of information on the subject but nothing
that gave me a price or would allow me to click to purchase.
thanks.

Jim,

I found several links for it with Google and went to a couple of them, but my
screen reader was not cooperating very well with my being able to read the
entire page on most of the pages I went to. So, I would recommend Googling it.
They had about 150 links found when I put it into a Google search.

Good luck!

Subject: fonix talk 6.1 for windows?

hi, anyone know where I might get this software speech device. this is the
latest version of the formally dectalk speech. the version included with
window-eyes is wonderful and better sounding then the latest version of the
software. that being said it is not usable with any other program accept for
window-eyes and I have a few places where I would like dectalk speech or
something close to it and fonix talk is a sapi device. the problem is I have
been all over the web site and can not find anywhere where I can buy it. so if
anyone knows where I can get a single user copy I would appreciate the
information. cost of the software would also be helpful.
  tanks in advance.
