The set files are up-to-date. We have Avg pro on our network at work. It does not happen all of the time, but it is enough to be annoying. . I was trying some different files and I can't figure out any pattern. Sometimes, I use Windows Explorer and press enter on a file. Other times, I use control-o from within Word.
