some text, press Control-Alt-Q, and follow the prompts.

to get the WE mouse, the WE mouse lands on the Office key on top left of

opened email window and I have to use the numeric (2) to down arrow in to
the text window of this email. Using Control - right arrow, I hear
something
like "a chip".

Hello Terje,
if you press Control-Insert-C to cause Window-Eyes to redetect the
cursor, are you then able to read the email?
