There are programs that are somewhat accessible for Bible study,
but I want to let you know that Optasia Ministry provides a set of Bible
resources that is designed by blind persons for blind persons.
We have over 30 Bible translations available, and 25 of them that are
especially formatted for easy use with screen readers and even the note taker
devices.
15 of those versions are in a package that allows easy comparison of readings
between versions.
We have a large library of commentaries and readings in theology, church
history apologetics, leadership, homiletics, and more
We don't have all the fancy links from Bible to commentary, but it is all
easily accessible.
We offer our entire library free to those who are blind.
