What you are hearing are additional status indicators given to us by
Outlook 2010. The Outlook Enhance app which ships with Window-Eyes 7.5.1
includes a column header editor accessed with Control-Alt-H to let you
customize how this data is spoken. A tutorial on how to do this is
available from our app tutorials page at
