Mike,

Try Control-Insert-C to cause Window-Eyes to redetect the cursor. Also, make sure that all windows are maximized by pressing Alt-Space, X and Alt-Dash, X. If this doesn't resolve your issue, then please give us some additional information such as which email program you are using, its version, and the version of Internet Explorer installed on the machine.

Hi all. I'm trying to edit emails but when I try to backspace and deleete
words etc the voice won't read to me so I know where I am like it used to. It
is silent.
I can read the whole text, use the spell check but once I try to go out of
browse mode and deleete phrases it's silent.
What setting should I change.
This is on the desktop using windows vista home basic but it does it on my
laptop as well.
Thanks
Mike
