If I was to uninstall it, wouldn't it get uninstalled from my wife's user
account? That's how it got install in my account in the first place, I never
installed it under my user account, she installed it in her user account.

Uninstall the tool bar from you add remove programs in the control panel..
A lot of add-ons and stuff cause problems with screen readers.

My wife has the ATnT tool bar in her user profile and when I log in and
bring up internet explore in my user profile I loose speech. If I load IE
with win eyes unloaded, and then reload it once the page is loaded wineyes
works until I click on a link then I loose speech once again. After musing
around on my home page which is ATnT yahoo I can locate this tool bar.

is a icon to make changes to the tool bar, but I click on it I loose
