Hi!

Think it was a fortnight ago when I wrote to the list regarding my new HP
laptop and the touch strip above the speakers and I commented at the time that
I must be careful not to knock the thing in order that I didn't turn wi-fi or
bluetooth off.

Around that same time I got a message from one of the list members telling me
of the problem he had when typing where he could easily knock or touch the
trackpad causing him sometimes to get involved in all sorts of fun and games
<smile>.

Well on my model at least, I found a button in the centre of the top edge of
the trackpad, when pressed this disables the trackpad and pressing again will
reenable it so perhaps people may wish to check this out on their respective
laptops.
