Hi Gayle, I absolutely could not do without Outlook, largely because of it's appointment calendar. You can either use the custom interface built-into WE for the outlook calendar, or I put the calendar into a list view of appointments, and others prefer the traditional rows and columns view for a week or a month. Outlook also has tasks with reminders, and any email can have a reminder attached to it (which I use a lot, as it saves me from having to enter a task reminder). I also use outlook's journaling feature, to help me track when various routine events and tasks have occurred. if you're running a business, you can setup every email to a contact, every call to one, to automatically generate a journal entry for you. hth, Chip

I have Windows Vista and WE 7.2. I need one that will have reminders for appointments. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
