Yep; this looks like the .ini file (where the definitions of hotkeys and what they do are kept for the app), was damaged at some time in the past.
this upgrade now checks each .ini file entry to make sure it's all ok, and it's now telling you there's a damaged one. I should have thought about the next step: what are people going to do if they have a corrupted .ini file? the answer is to find the word advanced features.ini file and delete it; the next time it starts it will get created, and things will be ok. but that's not so easy for everyone. so, I'll work on a new release which will "heal itself" if there's a damaged entry.
