When on the web page, do as follows:

1. Alt-F. Opens your File menu.
2. Press E. Opens the submenu SendTo.
3. Down arrow once. You land on 'Link by Email'.
4. Press Enter. You will now open a standard 'New message' screen, of your Email program. The link of the current web page, will already be filled in, in the main body of the message. Fill in your recipient's address, and the wanted subject, and if you want any text in the main body. Then hit SEND, and you should be good to go.

If you want to do the job a bit more manually, try this:

1. On the webpage, hit F4. You land on the address bar.
2. Press Ctrl-C. The address line will be copied to the clipboard.
3. Go to your Email software, open a new message, and press Ctrl-V, to paste the address line into the message main body.

All of this refers to Internet Explorer. Other keystrokes will apply in Firefox.
