Ok, thanks. There's no specific hotkey that will allow me to keep the groups expanded and jump from one to the other? Could a script be written to provide this?

Hello Dave,

Groups in Explorer act very much like treeview controls. That is, you
can use the right arrow to expand them, and the left arrow to collapse
them. So, if you are in a group you want to skip, press the left arrow
to collapse it, and down arrow to move to the next one.

Steve

Hi gang,

So in windows 7 I have a bunch of files sorted by type and showing
groups in a listbox of a search. Is there a hotkey to navigate by group
instead of arrowing down and listening for group and number of files?
