If she opens the picture with the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer the options
are on the screen.
Control K will rotate the picture clockwise and Control L will rotate the
picture anti clockwise.

My wife who is sighted has a picture sent to her by my daughter. When she
enlarges it, it comes out sideways. How can she make it right side up?
