Is copying the whole folder what you want to do? I thought you just
wanted to copy some custom set files. I've never had a problem copying
the folder with Window-Eyes running either. But if that's what you want
to do and are having a problem you could open the folder, shut down
Window-Eyes, and run Narrator to do the copy and paste. Otherwise, if
it's only some set files you want to move, make sure you also move any
associated files; dictionaries and especially .we files. The .we files
are what connect the dots so to speak. And you should then reboot or
restart Window-Eyes after moving the files, just to make sure.
