Guess this is a crazy question. As you know, a DVD movie, usually is texted.
That is, all the spoken words you hear, are also shown as text on the screen.
Useful for deaf people. But, does anyone know, if there is any software out
there, that will let you 'rip' this texting, and save it to a textfile of some
format? Much like you can rip the sound from a DVD.

I really wish there was some kind of such a software. Would have been great in
cases where the spoken words are drowned by other soundtracks, or when you try
to learn a foreign language. Really a drop-out for the visually impaired
people, when we don't have that chance of reading the texting of the movie. I
know, it could be hard to follow along, if the text was scrolling the screen,
like for the sighted people. But even that would have been great to read, if
such feature was around. Yet the best would be if the text could be ripped into
a text file, that you could read through on its own. Just never seen such a
software, why I wonder if anyone else is aware of any.

Sorry for the somehow off-topic question.
