Yes there is, You need to have the file in your public folder inside drop box, Right click on the file, Arrow down to drop box and right arrow for the sub menu and arrow down to copy public link and hit enter. This will put a link on your clipboard and you can past it anywhere you wish for someone to click on to get the file.
