Terra,

If you are using Windows Live Mail 2011 and Window-Eyes 7.5 or newer, the folders treeview should be reading. Note that if the window isn't maximized, the folders tree disappears. Press Alt-Space, X to maximize the window. Also, if the ribbon isn't showing, press Control-F1 to cause it to reappear. Finally, make sure the Windows Live Mail app is installed and running by going into the Window-Eyes control panel, and from the Apps menu go to App Management/Add or Remove Apps. Press W a few times to get to Windows Live Mail. If it isn't there, then you will need to install it from App Central.

Regards,
Steve

When I arrow up or down on the left side of windows live mail it does nto tell
me the name of the folder. It just tells me how many unread messages are in the
folder. Is there a set file or app for this or a fix? Thanks.
